Britney Spears is three times a lady when it comes to the new music video for her single, "Womanizer."

In the video, which made its worldwide premiere on ABC's 20/20 and can be viewed on britneyspears.com, the pop star shows off her newly buff body and does a little role play – as a wife, a working woman and a sexy waitress.

"Womanizer" is the first single off Spears's upcoming album, Circus, which is due out on Dec. 2 – the pop star's 27th birthday.

Before Jewel and her rodeo champion husband Ty Murray eloped in August to the Bahamas, they'd said they wouldn't tie the knot unless they were planning on having children. But now friends of the singer and bestselling poet tell OK! that she's quickly changed her mind.

"Jewel and Ty are desperately trying to have a baby right now," the source says. "She told her team to clear her schedule for 2009 because they are planning for a baby. She wants to also release a lullaby record next year because she has such baby fever."

This is a change in tune for Jewel, who previously shrugged off the idea of starting a family anytime soon.

"We don't know if there's a point – we've lapped our friends who've gotten married and divorced," Jewel said in the past. "We probably would if we had kids – we're just not sure we want them yet. But we've had something really special already."

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - A magazine cover photo of Angelina Jolie breast-feeding one of her newborn twins may have turned the superstar actress into a role model for new mothers.

The photo, taken by Jolie's partner Brad Pitt, will adorn the November issue of W magazine. Other family pictures taken by Pitt in the weeks after the birth in July of twins Vivienne Marcheline and Leon Knox will appear inside.

"I think it is fabulous. Seeing a celebrity like Angelina Jolie breast-feed can be a role model to encourage women to make a choice that is wonderful for their baby," said Andi Silverman, mom of two and author of "Mama Knows Breast."

"Breasts are used to sell all sorts of products, so to see them used the way nature intended can only be a great thing," Silverman told Reuters.

But while breast-feeding support groups and moms celebrated Jolie's public statement, one expert said the picture felt like voyeurism, especially given Jolie's sex symbol status in movies like "Wanted" and "Lara Croft: Tomb Raider".

About 70 percent of American mothers breast-feed their newborns but the rate falls dramatically after six months, according to official figures.

Jolie, 33, is not the first celebrity to be photographed nursing her baby. Model Jerry Hall appeared on the pages of Vanity Fair in 1991 breast-feeding Gabriel, her son with Mick Jagger.

But that was a generation ago, and Jolie's global influence as a style-setter and through her humanitarian travels and support of kids in third world countries, ensured the impact of the photo of her special moments with her baby.

"The response from moms we have seen is that if someone as popular, beautiful and together as Angelina is breast-feeding her children, it inspires other women to do so themselves," said Dr Shannon Fox, a psychotherapist with the www.Momlogic.com website.

Little is seen in the picture of the act of breast-feeding. It shows Jolie smiling, while a tiny hand is just visible at bottom of the frame.

But Fox said the cover photo sends a second message.

"The problem is that she is also an international sex symbol. So whether or not she says 'This is a beautiful way of nurturing my baby', every man who sees that photo will see those breasts as sexual."

La Leche League International, the world's oldest breast-feeding support organization, said the photo was particularly welcome as Jolie has twins.

"Mothers of twins report it takes a lot of time, effort and physical energy to breast-feed. I think the picture is beautiful," said La Leche League International spokeswoman Jane Krouse.

Halle Berry has been dubbed the “Sexiest Woman Alive” in the November 2008 issue of Esquire.

The mag’s inside photo spread features Halle looking sexy, modeling tank tops with Esquire covers printed on the front.

“I don’t know exactly what it means, but being 42 and having just had a baby, I think I’ll take it,” says Halle, who gave birth to daughter Nahla six months ago. “Sexiness is a state of mind -- a comfortable state of being. It’s about loving yourself in your most unlovable moments… I share this title with every woman, because every woman is a nominee for it at any moment.”

One day after having to bow out of competing on the seventh season of Dancing With the Stars, Misty May-Treanor had surgery Tuesday morning to repair a torn Achilles tendon.

Her rep tells PEOPLE the surgery was “successful” and that “she is currently at home recovering. Her husband, Matt [Treanor] is with her.”

The 31-year-old beach volleyball star, who won her second Olympic gold medal in Beijing in August, injured herself while rehearsing the jive with partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy last Friday.

Doctors estimate it will take approximately nine months of recovery and rehabilitation before May-Treanor can return to the volleyball court.

“I would come back to the ballroom if they asked me back,” May-Treanor said on Monday’s DWTS broadcast. – Monica Rizzo

Nick Nolte's house caught fire today and he suffered injuries.

The call to L.A. County Fire came in today at 11:34 AM. When firefighters arrived, the Malibu house was burning and Nolte was trying to put the blaze out himself. We're told the fire started in his office -- some sort of electrical malfunction. Nolte's kitchen and living room also suffered minor damage.

Nolte suffered smoke inhalation and abrasions. He was treated on the scene and plans to see his doctor today.

As for the house -- there's about $500,000 in content damage, and approximately $3 million damage to the structure.
